Welcome to the OKC Brunch Club site!
I'm April Belt, a special education teacher for three seasons during the year and a photography business owner year-round.

Going out to eat and exploring events has always been a thrill for me since I was a child. The OKCBC allows me to collaborate with businesses, friends, and community members to continue experiencing local attractions.
The OKC Brunch Club is a group of women who have been meeting monthly since 2017 at different restaurants throughout Oklahoma City and the metro. For 2021 we are transitioning to quarterly brunches.

We hope to develop a community brunch at some point, but for now have enjoyed experiencing, promoting, and supporting local businesses.

My blog is a compilation of business experiences, education related writing, and other relevant topics as they arise.
