I visited Volcano on a Tuesday because of their buy one get one 1/2 off specialty sushi rolls.
I started with the Tuna Teak (seared Ahi-Tuna should be the name of it though---when I think of tuna steak, I think of a big chunk of tuna cooked like a....steak....) The Ahi-Tuna was okay. My favorite seared ahi tuna is at Picasso, so it's really hard to top that. I also ordered chicken fried rice because my cravings were all over the place. I couldn't tell if it was because of my allergies interfering with my taste, but it wasn't my favorite. It was a basic chicken fried rice with an emphasis on basic. Wouldn't order it again.

My biggest pro:
You get a lot of sushi for the BOGO 1/2 off. Definitely worthwhile in that department!
My biggest con:
We were asked no less than 10 times if we were ready to order. The place wasn't jam-packed, there wasn't a line, and tables were available. There is no excuse to rush customers, even if the place is swamped. What's that saying? Oh yes, "First come, first serve." I was dining with a girlfriend and you know, girls like to chat. We're really good at chatting. Maybe less asking if we're ready to order food and more asking if I need another Sapporo. I want the night to be guided by my company and calorie intake, not the helicoptering from a server.
Aside from being asked if we were ready to order, our server hovered in this open space between our table and about 4 others. Just rotating her body frantically to see who would be the first to complete their dining mission. Not a very sushi vibe.
They have an extensive menu including hibachi, so don't worry sushi-haters, there's something for you too.
There is patio seating and had Oklahoma not been experiencing Santa Ana-like winds, I would've chosen an outdoor seat.
Give it a try. They truly have a great deal on rolls and if they slow their roll (see what I did), it'd make for a better customer experience.
Happy Sushi-ing!
